Pos Sector can satisfy the needs of all users - if you need several locations for collecting of payment in one building or work with PDAs, work with several warehouses, work with several prices of a certain product, work with clients, etc.

Work with clients

Work with clients represents non-cash payment, meaning deferred payment. This option is suitable for certain companies that may have breakfast in your building, as well as for organization of business dinners where payment is collected after completion or after a certain period of time. There is also a possibility to pay with members’ cards, which indicate the credit and\or discount that you may have.

 

 

Work with identification cards

Every user has his card that enables him to enter the program and which includes certain privileges and access options.

 

Work with warehouses

Pos Sector has a possibility ton work with several warehouses. This option is interesting for all facilities that have physically separated warehouses from the bar. This option is best suited in companies that have around a dozen facilities within the company and have, for instance, two central warehouses (food and beverages) where all goods come in and from there the goods are distributed to certain warehouses later.

 

 

Work with Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs)

If you have a disco club or a facility of similar organization, together with the central register it is recommended to use Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), since it shortens the time required for performing of a service. Immediately after receiving an order from a client, waiter directly sends the order to the bar and by the time the waiter comes to the bar the order is already there, ready and waiting. Such way of work enables a faster and better communication between the staff, which means a quicker service. The functions of a PDA may be substituted by a mobile phone as well.

Network operation

Work with several points for collection of payments is practically network operation of the software. If you have a lot of turnover in your facility in a short time, probably you will need more than one point for collection of payment. Waiters work independently without disturbing each other, and you would also be able to have a point for collection of payment and a control computer in the back office where you can enter goods, check reports and similar activities without interrupting the work of your waiters. In the network operation mode, there is no limit in the number of cash registers, PDA devices and printers.
