Pos Sector can satisfy the needs of all users - if you need several locations for collecting of payment in one building or work with PDAs, work with several warehouses, work with several prices of a certain product, work with clients, etc.

Harmonization with hardware

The program works on all types of touch-screen displays, writers and PDAs. An interesting option is the one where you can use a mobile phone instead of a classic PDA.
Installation of the program is very simple and is performed in several steps.

Work with several prices

The program offers you a solution of declaring of more than one price for a product, thus you may be able to recall several prices for one product – one price may be for your staff, that is the personal price, one price may be for happy hours, etc.

Web operation

The program supports web operation, which means that you would be able to check reports from a remote location, for instance when on vacation. With the WEB operation, you are able to manage your facilities without your physical presence.

Work on several user levels

In order to secure maximum security in the program, we created work on several levels – waiter, shift leader, manager and administrator, where each of the above mentioned users may use the capacities of the program as much as necessary. These possibilities toward all users are adjustable depending on your requirements.

Most frequent orders

One of the sub-categories in the program is Most Frequent Orders. This category generates 20 of the most frequent orders, thus your work will most often be performed in this sub-category only. Each sub-category puts in the order all products by amounts sold, thus in the sub-group “hot drinks” the first place will be occupied by a product that is sold the most times.

Different methods of payment

Several methods of payment (card, clients, VIP guests, charge on room (H Sector)), the program separates different methods of payment; you can select payment by card, wire transfer (invoice), payment as VIP guests or if you have a hotel you probably had an instance when clients tell you “put this drink on our bill”. Because of this, we created a method of charging to your room, which is linked with our reception program - H Sector.
